About Colleen

Hello, I'm Colleen Coleman, and I'm passionate about using my voice to change the Western narrative on death and grief.
One of my greatest joys in life is keeping company: "to stay with someone so the person is not alone." My life's work is about keeping company for those transitioning, those in grief, and those on the other side of the veil. I have had the privilege of working with Spirit across the globe, with private clients, in retreats and workshops in the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the U.K.
My first memorable, intuitive experience happened at age thirteen, but it wasn't until my father unexpectedly passed in 2014 that I sensed the other side. My grief was a pain I'd never known before. I became insatiably curious about the afterlife and what happens to our loved ones when they cross over. It would take nearly a decade of awakening on a spiritual path to eventually unlock my mediumship. My journey and work include the ancient wisdom traditions of yoga, Reiki, astrology, Oracle, Shamanism, the Chakra system, spiritualism, and plant medicine.
In addition to evidential mediumship through Arthur Findlay College, I am a trained end-of-life (death) doula through the International End-of-Life Doula Association, a dinner party hostess for The Dinner Party, and offer sacred ambiance through healing stays at my waterfront cottages:  The Heron Haus and The Light Keeper's Cottage. I also hold a B.A. in Marketing, with twenty years of corporate marketing and communications experience.
